Bridgeland Development, LLC, is an
Atlanta-based affordable housing developer
established in 2009 as the successor to Hammond
Development, Inc. Since 2000, the companies have closed
18 transactions totaling 2,316 units using a
combination of conventional, tax-exempt, HOME
and USDA 538 financing with either 4% or 9% credits. Three projects
also included establishment of Housing Enterprise Zones
under City of Atlanta code.
Perimeter Atlanta Realty, Inc. (“PAR”) is
an Atlanta-based commercial and residential real estate
brokerage company established in 2004, as the successor to
GRHCo's brokerage activities since 2000. PAR’s commercial
division is capable and experienced in providing a
broad range of real estate services to buyers, developers,
investors, landlords, sellers, and tenants of property. PAR’s
residential division provides comprehensive real
estate services to both buyers and sellers of homes,
duplexes, and small residential investment properties.
