Jeff joined the G. Randall Hammond & Co. in 2008 as a Production Assistant and Appraiser Trainee. In less then five year, Jeff earned the MAI designation. This is an incredible accomplishment and a testimony to his dedication and focus.

Jeff joined G. Randall Hammond & Co. in 2008 as a Production Assistant, where he was responsible for tracking jobs and resources. He held that position for about one year before practicing appraisal full time. Congratulations to Jeff for obtaining the Certified General status in such a short time.
